At Brighton Banners, we take pride in our prompt service and reliable print quality. As our goods are tailored to your order, returns adhere to specific criteria. Please review this policy thoroughly before making your purchase.

1. What Qualifies for a Return?

Returns are only accepted under these conditions:

  • Noticeable print errors (e.g. blurriness, text misalignment, smudges)

  • Incorrect product type or measurements compared to the order placed

  • Missing finishing touches (including eyelets, hems, or pole pockets)

2. How to Report a Problem

To start a return process, adhere to these instructions:

  • Reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package

  • Email us at support@brightonbanners.co.uk

  • Use your order number as the email subject

  • Attach clear photographs taken from a distance of at least 2 metres highlighting the problem

Returns cannot be processed without photographic proof. Our team will evaluate all requests before approval.

3. If Your Package Arrives Damaged

If the parcel appears visibly damaged upon delivery, do not accept it.

Accepting a damaged package means you have accepted it in its current state, which nullifies any return claims for physical damage.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved:

  • The customer bears the cost of return shipping

  • We suggest using a tracked courier service for security

  • Brighton Banners is not liable for returns that are lost or damaged during transit

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified product fault

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Products with approved artwork containing spelling or design errors

  • Orders affected by courier delays, minor colour discrepancies (within 10–15%), or personal taste

  • Custom prints that comply with specifications but do not align with personal expectations

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not comply with these guidelines.

6. Return Process & Resolution

Upon receiving and inspecting your return:

  • If a fault is confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement or refund based on the issue and your choice

  • If no fault is found, the original item will be returned to you, and no refund or replacement will be offered
